Cidra Wins Serie Eliminatoria
The Cidra Palomas are off to the Serie Interdivisional after an exciting Serie Eliminatoria triumph.

Cidra downed the Rio Grande Cotorras, but needed the entire series to do so, with a 6-3 win tonight at Estadio Juan Gil wrapping up the series 3-2.

"It's every guy in this room that made this happen. Without us all pulling in the same direction, we don't win this series," said Ruy Barrera, who earned MVP honors for a standout offensive series.

Barrera put up a .333 with a .368 on-base percentage in the series. He also had 1 home runs, drove in 4 runs and scored 1 runs himself.

The Cidra Palomas will play against the Naguabo Navegadores in the next round. Naguabo won their series against the Vega Alta Martilleros 3 games to 0. The Serie Interdivisional schedule will be announced after the Serie Eliminatoria finishes.
